Emanuel is hosting a meal packaging event on April 13 to help feed our hungry neighbors. To find out more about these events, visit www.endhungerne.org. The link below takes you to a video showing a packing event in action.There is a minimum funding amount that must be raised in order to purchase the meal ingredients to compile the 10,000 meals we hope to distribute after this event. Emanuel has been joined by 5 other churches in the Quinsigamond/South Worcester area and each is fund-raising in support of this effort to combat hunger in our communities. Offerings received from the five Lenten midweek Soup Supper/Worship services held at the participating churches are being allocated to this endeavor.
