Jesus is our Shepherd-King and the people in this congregation belong to him. He calls and equips different people from among his congregation to help lead his church. This happens through teams of elders, volunteer leaders, pastors and paid staff.

As a second-generation New England pastor (and engineer), Andrew owns a pragmatic, progressive ecumenical dedication for dialogue, cooperation and outreach through the Lutheran biblical tradition, shared by his two-point parish of Grace Lutheran Ministries in-concert with Minister Tom and Emanuel Lutheran.

Thomas (Tom) Houston has been serving Emanuel Lutheran Church as Licensed Lay Minister since July, 2019. Minister Tom is a graduate of the New England School of Lay Ministry, class of 2009. He has previously served as Youth Minister at Bethlehem Lutheran in Sturbridge, Ma. He lives in Sturbridge with his wife, Laurie. Minister Tom welcomes all to worship and to gather for fellowship at Emanuel Lutheran.
Leonardo Ciampa, Director of Music
Leonardo Ciampa is acknowledged as a musician of supreme gifts and extraordinary versatility. Leonardo is the Composer-in-Residence at the Mechanics Hall and having made dozens of European tours encompassing Italy, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, is particularly admired in Italy.
Marilyn Albernaz, Administrative Assistant
Marilyn Albernaz, our indispensable office manager has been a support to Emanuel Lutheran Church for approximately ten years. Known as the go-to for just about anything church related, we are blessed to have her talent, organizational ability, and cheerful ways.
